Thank you so much to Nobis for hooking us up with these rad new jackets. They kept us warm at the 100th Anniversary Grey Cup and will be our staple winter touring attire for years to come. Honestly, Nobis makes the warmest, softest, most badass looking jackets around. If you have a minute, please check out their website at www.nobis.ca/ or on facebook at www.facebook.com/nobis/

We often get many questions from people seeking advice on how to deal with personal and emotional problems. There is nothing wrong with asking for help, it actually shows a great sign of strength to ask for help when you are struggling, it is not a sign of weakness. You can start by talking to a counsellor at school, but if you are not yet comfortable talking with someone face to face, you can call a help line. We've put together a Tab on our Page with many different avenues from which you can seek advice if you are struggling with depression, anxiety bullying or emotional distress.
If for some reason you don't find one of these numbers or sites helpful, it does not mean that you are too different or beyond help or anything like that, it just means you have not yet found the right person to talk to so don't give up. Make sure you keep going until you find the help that you need. If you have a friend in distress please encourage them to get help when they need it. While we do understand why people turn to us for advice, it is important to realize that what is needed is sound advice from someone who is trained to help in these areas and regular ongoing counselling to overcome the obstacles that can get in the way.
We all deserve to be happy, sometimes we just get a little lost and need a little help in seeing this along the way.
Love from the boys.

Trenchers! You've helped us make our music videos before, and here's the chance for you to help us again!
We're shooting our new music video for STUTTER on November 14th in downtown New Westminster. It's a 1940s swing dance theme, and you'll have to be available ALL DAY.
Ladies, please submit pics of yourself dressed as a 1940s dame.
Guys, submit pics dressed a 1940s military-type serviceman (sailor or private). Or, if you want to get all fancy, dress in 1940s Jazz suit style.
If you can swing dance, that's a plus!
Please e-mail photo's and contact info to: : firstname.lastname@example.org
